The Teacher Dashboard: See Your Whole Class at a Glance

Grading tells you how each student did. The Proctor AI dashboard tells you how the class is doing. As soon as answer sheets are graded, it updates class averages, grade bands, progress trends and the students who need attention, with no spreadsheets to maintain.

Already using Proctor AI? Open your dashboard at agent.proctorai.io/?view=dashboard. New here? Start free and it fills in from your first graded assignment.

How it fills in

  1. Create or upload a test: Type it, generate it with AI, or photograph a question paper.
  2. Grade the answer sheets: Upload a class PDF or photos. The AI grades each sheet against your marking scheme and you approve every mark.
  3. Open the dashboard: Averages, grade bands, risk levels and trends update straight away from the graded sheets.
  4. Act on it: Follow up with at-risk students, revisit the hardest questions, and share reports with students and parents.

For schools

On the School plan, the school admin also gets a school dashboard: every teacher's classes, assignments and grading in one place, and the school's shared pool of AI gradings used this month. Teachers keep their own dashboards for their classes.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my dashboard?

Sign in at agent.proctorai.io and choose Dashboard in the sidebar, or go straight to agent.proctorai.io/?view=dashboard.

Does using the dashboard cost anything?

No. Viewing the dashboard and analytics is free on every plan. Only AI actions such as grading use AI gradings; the optional AI insights panel uses a small amount when you ask for it.

Why is my dashboard empty?

It fills in from graded work. Grade your first assignment and the class panels appear straight away.

Can a school see all its teachers in one place?

Yes. On the School plan the admin has a school dashboard covering every invited teacher and the school's shared AI gradings.
